Please note we can only offer one delivery option as part of the Bandcamp checkout system. We have therefore chosen to use the cheapest method available for your area;

UK Post will be dispatched as 'Royal Mail 24'.
International mail will be dispatched as 'Royal Mail International Standard'.

Please note that as these are standard, non-tracked postage methods with no insurance, we cannot locate the item once it has left our facility, nor can we be responsible for the item whilst in transit.

If you are looking for a tracked postal service or one requiring a signature, please contact us after placing your order to arrange an upgrade to your service. We will check the total weight of your order and then request payment for any additional postage amount required to modify your delivery method. Payment is accepted only via paypal to our account.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday excluding bank and store holiday periods. When all items in your cart are available to be shipped, your order will be dispatched within 2 working days of us receiving cleared payment for your order.

Please note that for any pre-order items, limited edition items or advance Test Presses your order will not be shipped until the stock is made available to us and will only be shipped on or shortly after the pre-order item release date.

If you've checked out with a combination of pre-orders and normal release items and you simply can't wait any longer for your vinyl to arrive then contact us for further advice. We will be able to release items early only after receiving a second payment for the postage payable to ship those items.

If you want to avoid the situation of waiting too long to receive your items, just choose and checkout your items separately - this way items will be shipped immediately as soon as they're released.

Expected delivery timescales –

UK - standard Royal Mail 1st class service schedule.

Europe: delivery aim 4 – 10 days.

Rest of World: delivery aim 7 – 10 days.

For deliveries outside of the UK, Royal Mail do not consider an item lost until 28 days after the expected delivery date.

Due to customs and postal delays beyond our control please allow up to 28 days for delivery before contacting us for lost packages.

Please note that any items that are dispatched using 1st class unregistered mail are not insured whilst in transit.

We cannot take responsibility for damages incurred in transit such as broken records. If you experience this please contact us and we will try our best and resolve the issue.

If you experience any issues relating to lost or delayed mail items, please get in touch with us so that we can investigate further.

If as a result of customer error (for example not inputting a valid delivery address) which later causes the item to not be delivered and subsequently returned to us we can offer to:
1) Offer to re-ship the item again following payment of the appropriate shipping charge.
2) Offer to refund the cost of the items orders less the cost of the shipping charge and less applicable merchant processor fees.
Please note that the following options do not apply if the item/s experience damage whilst in transit.

For this reason we strongly advise to check your delivery address after placing your order. If you suspect that the address has not been supplied to us correctly you must contact us immediately.

* Please note that Test Press vinyl record purchases DO NOT provide you with digital audio files of the same forthcoming release. Test Presses are very much a rare one-off special item and any purchase does not grant any special entitlement to digital content.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns of download products, but offer a returns policy on all physical items.

We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase when you receive it. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied you can return it to us, in perfect condition within 14 days of the date you received the item. We will then issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (but not the postage and packaging).

Goods returned must be as “new” with no damage. You will be required to cover the cost of postage to return the items.

All returns must be accompanied by original invoice / receipt and a written explanation of why you are returning the goods.

Orders must be sent via Recorded Delivery and returned to us at the address that we specify. Please contact us for the address details.

Orders can be cancelled at anytime before dispatch and a full refund given.

Refunds will be given in the same form of payment you originally used to make the purchase within 14 days of us receiving your return.
